These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between A1aff Network ("Network", "we", "us") and you ("Publisher", "Affiliate", "you"). By registering for an account or accessing the Network, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Membership & Registration

To become an affiliate, you must submit an application through our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You may not use aliases or other means to mask your true identity or contact information.

2. Promoting Offers

As an approved affiliate, you may promote offers available on the Network using legal and ethical marketing methods. The following practices are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited email (SPAM).
• Using bot traffic, click farms, or automated scripts.
• Misleading or deceptive advertising creatives.
• Incentivized traffic unless explicitly allowed by the offer terms.
• Cloaking or masking referring URLs to hide traffic sources.

3. Payments & Commissions

Commissions are paid based on the terms listed for each specific offer. Standard payment terms are Net-15, meaning payments are processed 15 days after the end of the billing period.

• Minimum payout threshold is $50.
• Payments are made via USDT (TRC20/ERC20), Bitcoin, Wire Transfer, or Capitalist.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment if fraud is detected or if traffic quality does not meet advertiser standards.

4. Fraud & Termination

We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems. If your account is flagged for fraudulent activity (including but not limited to: IP spoofing, cookie stuffing, lead generation via bots), your account will be terminated immediately, and all pending commissions will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

A1aff Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all non-public information regarding the Network, including offer rates, conversion data, and advertiser identities, strictly confidential.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Network after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
